Citizens Advice Croydon is a charity, independent of government and councils, relying on funding from grants and donations. We provide free, confidential, independent and impartial advice and information on a wide range of issues, including debt, welfare benefits, housing, employment, consumer rights and relationships.

Specialist Services we offer
In addition to the Generalist Service, we run the following specialist services: 

Macmillan/Citizens Advice Welfare Benefits Service - our service for people living with cancer, their families and carers is run in conjunction with Wandsworth bureau and provides a free and confidential welfare benefits and money advice service for anyone in South West London who is affected by cancer.  

Citizens Advice Croydon Housing Advice Service - this is an independent advice service run from our South Norwood office, specialising in giving advice on housing related matters, i.e. homelessness, eviction, housing conditions.

Debt and Welfare Benefit Project funded by the Henry Smith Charity.  Specialist debt management and welfare benefits advice for people living, working or studying in Croydon.
