Integrated Neurological Services (INS) – support for people with stroke, MS, Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions


INS provides long-term support for people with neurological conditions, and their family and friends who may be caring for them.

We focus on abilities not disability and our aim is to enable you to remain independent and an active part of your local community.

We offer ongoing rehabilitation through therapy and education, together with practical self-help techniques to help maintain independence for as long as possible.

What INS offers

Activities, events, peer and carer support

INS offers a full and varied programme of activities, events and support groups. All activities are clinician led and participants must have had an assessment with INS before attending.

INS makes a charge for some of its services. Concessionary rates are available if you are in receipt of some benefits and some services are free if you have local authority funding.

Contact and referral information

You must live in, or a have a GP in, the London boroughs of Richmond or Hounslow to receive our services. Referrals can be made by health and social care professionals, friends and family or you may refer yourself.
