Description

Mind is a national mental health charity that offers a range of information and support services for people who experience any type of mental distress. It provides two confidential mental health information services, Mind Infoline and a legal advice service, and supports people through local and national networks and services.

The charity delivers help directly to those who need it, including local support through 180 local Mind associations. Mind offers information and support for people with any type of mental health problem, including:

-Anxiety
-Depression
-Bipolar disorder
-Personality disorders
-Obsessive-compulsive disorder
-Schizophrenia
-Hoarding

You can call Mind Infoline or visit their website for information about mental health and mental distress, where to get help, drug and alternative treatments and advocacy. Mind can also provide details of local help and support options.
