Our service is for adults and children who require support to manage a range of conditions and provide key public health messages and advice to the wider community.
Our team delivers individual advice and group sessions, provides therapeutic diets and promotes lifestyle changes including healthy eating..
We provide dietary advice for patients with a range of conditions including:
Poor nutritional status, weight loss, home enteral feeding
Gastroenterology including IBS and Coeliac Disease
Food allergy and intolerance
Children with faltering growth and feeding difficulties

If you live in the borough of Hounslow:
Heart of Hounslow, 92 Bath Road, Hounslow
Chiswick Health Centre, Fishers Lane, Chiswick
Brentford Health Centre, Boston Manor Road, Brentford
Feltham Health Centre, Third Floor, The Centre, Feltham
If you live in the borough of Richmond:
Teddington Memorial Hospital, Hampton Road, Teddington.
Patients are seen in clinic by appointment only.
In Hounslow, patients can be seen in their own home if necessary for nutrition support or home enteral feeding.
We take referrals from all healthcare professionals. Patients are usually referred via their healthcare provider e.g. GP/practice nurse/consultant.
All referrals are to be sent to the Referral Facilitation Service (RFS).
The service does not accept self-referrals.
