World Autism Awareness Week in Hounslow - 1 to 7 April 2019 (posted 15 March)

(Published on 15/03/2019)

If you, a friend or family member would like to know what support is available in Hounslow for people on the autistic spectrum, join us at one of four events across the borough.

As part of World Autism Awareness Week, The Gazebo ‘Pop-up’ Information Shop will be out and about with specialist staff from the Community Learning Disability Team offering advice and information on:

  • what to do if think you or a family member may be autistic (how to get a diagnosis)
  • social activities and groups you can attend
  • information on training and employment
  • the help available if you are struggling to live independently
  • services that offer support if you look after someone with autism as their carer

Come along to find out about the support available in Hounslow.
