Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

CarePlace, along with most other websites, use ‘Cookies’. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to a file on your computer's hard disk. Cookies enable users to navigate around websites and help to improve the user experience. Without Cookies enabled, we cannot guarantee that the website and your experience whilst visiting are as we intended it to be.

We use both “session cookies” and “persistent cookies” on our website.

Session Cookies: These are temporary cookies that only exist in the period that you access the website (or more strictly, until you close the browser after accessing the website). Session cookies help the website remember choices that you have made on the previous page, and therefore avoid you having to re-enter information.

Persistent Cookies: These are cookies that remain on your computer or device, after you have visited our website. These cookies help us identify you as a unique visitor and also store some of your preference and customisation information (such as your preference of next size).

None of our cookies collect or transfer personally identifiable information.

We aim to use cookies in a fully transparent manner and only where necessary, or to improve your experience on the site.
